Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
Businesses and individuals waste significant time on low-impact tasks, unclear priorities, and inefficient processes. "Productivity Improvement Techniques" equips participants with practical frameworks, tools, and habits to reclaim time, boost output quality, and create sustainable performance gains. Through a mix of diagnostic methods, process design, digital tools, and change techniques, learners will be able to diagnose productivity bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and implement measurable improvements that align with organizational goals.
1. Diagnose productivity losses in a specific workstream using simple measures and root-cause techniques.
2. Map and redesign a core workflow to reduce handoffs and eliminate identifiable waste.
3. Build a 30–60 day improvement plan with clear tasks, owners, and metrics for tracking progress.
4. Apply daily and weekly practices—time blocking, batching, and prioritization—to increase focused work time.
5. Configure common productivity tools and establish team conventions to sustain changes.
